This project required the detailed design and installation of a new Primary Sedimentation Tank four shaft scraper system at the Christies Beach WWTP within the existing process tanks. There were 4 longitudinal scarpers 30m long and 2 cross collectors 6m long.

Waternish self-performed scope, detailed site survey using a 3D scanner and preparation of detailed design drawings and fabrication, demolition of the existing scraper systems, installation of the support structure, installation of Polychem sludge scraper system with SMM and FMM instrumentation, and commissioning.
